The introduction is simply an infomercial for the host. I signed up to learn about the science of fasting and this is not it. Also, the resources are awful. There are 17 pages of pictures of somebody's body and the actual resource, which is printed way too big could fit on probably 2 pages if i did not have to waste paper and ink on the pics. this is not good for my printer ink and only helps somebody's ego to put in all those useless photos. So far I am very disappointed in the content of the lessons I hoped to get when signing up for this course. I will look at the next few lessons and hope for better.

This is basically an audiobook book and sometimes not even that - you have to read the information because there is no audio as with the visceral fat segment. And if you want to "read" along with him you have to put it to full screen in order to be able to see it & read it. I am sure the instructor is knowledgable of subject just not a format that is very engaging one him for me. Very disappointed. I am sure live & with a whiteboard or powerpoint he would be more engaging.

I practice intermittent fasting and I can tell it really works. I practice it as a way of living. The course gives you the basics, very well explained. I purchased this course because I thought it was going to be interesting to know a little bit more, and gather more information. It served its purpose. Recommendable.

Very informative and well presented. Not as much Keto information as I was wanting but still worth the Education gain on intermittent fasting and the different ways to do it. I’m not a workout person so that information was kind of lost on me. Over all a really good class

The instructor is reading off the same content he's scrolling on screen. This makes him look as if he's not engaging with the people taking the course. I feel like I'm using Audibles not Udemy.

I've been studying this stuff, but Tim blew me away! There is SO MUCH INFO in this course. This is helping me so much! I love that he gives you all the info, and then tells you from experience how to deal with the challenges you will face. That helped me get ready, mentally, for things I never would have been ready for. THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!!

Too much fluff, not much that couldnt be found on the internet. But i paid $15.00 so i guess i get what i paid for. Had I paid the $59.99 normal price then i would have been pissed. The line that lured me in to purchase the course became elusive when I looked at the material.
