Excellent training. Dave Hollingworth is one of the clearest trainers I've listened to. He's not wordy, but covers the material well. The only reason that I give four stars is because the course is somewhat dated, But overall, that doesn't matter for this course. Dave will answer questions if the dated material causes problems.

I had never experienced a greater teacher than Mr. Hollingworth. This is where I come fisrt when I need to learn something new. He answers every question he is asked in a way that you can really understand. I only wish he made more courses on building projects with his MVC framework such Ecommerce, blogs, etc; even system administration or linux. NEVER STOP TEACHING, PLEASE. THANKS GOD I FOUND YOU!!!!! Dave may be the most accommodating teacher in Udemy. He is always very helpful in assisting his students in whatever difficulties they are having with the course or sometimes even a bit outside the course. A particular course may not cover everything that you are looking to learn but he is always open to give you insights on other things you may need help with. If you need to take a course that he happens to offer, i highly recommend taking his course.

I learned some tips in the course that I don't even know. And learned a lot basic configurations that is very important. The pace of Dave is very steady that I think the online video should be. What's more, Dave never type in the video like other instructor does that waste learner's time, Dave just explained the conception, Dave is a worthy IT trainer, and responsive. Nice instructor. I enrolled Dave 3 lessions so far. I will keep learning.

I had no clue on how to create virtual hosts, and neither did I know what they were and why they were needed. If you like to learn how to create virtual hosts locally using XAMPP this course is perfect for that. Really good theoretical aspect. However, I was a bit disappointed when it came to databases. There was not a lot of info on this topic. Wanted to learn more about creating, manipulating and backing up databases using mysql within phpMyAdmin. If Dave would create such course I would take it. Dave is really knowledgeable and was quick to reply to all my questions. Thank you Dave.

Material is relevant to my next task of migrating websites off an old web-server to my new web-server. I will be checking code functions locally first before committing anything to my new web-server.
