This has been the most informative course that I have watched on life coaching. It actually goes into detail about everything you will use in a coaching session and how and why. This is not a course on how to have a coaching business and make money. This course actually explains the process of how to get a client to come up with their own solutions.

Didn't know what to expect. The class is very short, but dense with good and specific information. What coaching is and what it isn't, specific skills for listening, questioning and setting expectations. This course has given me my bearings about what a coach actually does, than the several courses I've already taken.
