This course has enabled paradigm shifts in how I write, not only letters of legal nature, but with other formal recipients. I am an individual who has a tendency to jump down rabbit holes. As such, I often used to find myself rather frustrated that the key point or essence of the email fell by the wayside. I will continue to follow Michael Davies as I feel there is a lot to learn from him. He has a formidable way of presenting his material, his opinion, and what's common, objective as well as defining the small things like doublets and triplets. With "Terms and conditions" being so common however, as a dublet, it goes without saying it would appear to stick out like a sore thumb. Thank you Michael.

From a lay person to a law person (see what I did there lool). I generally wanted to be more concise in writing and also want to learn about the law. This course delivered on both. I found that it was easier to pre-empt legally written content after completion of the course, as someone with no prior knowledge. Also FANBOY. I forgot that.

I like two things about this course. The first one is the content. This is exactly what I need to improve my writing. The second is the way how the author presents it. No extra word is used. Everything is to the point.

I was particularly concerned with punctuation usage in my draft articles, but Mr. Davies' concise teaching skills has certainly upped my knowledge in that sense.
