The lecturer's explanation of the defination of the Sale of Goods principle was flawed he kept describing it as a transfer of goods while the SGA 1979 clearly states " Transfer of the PROPERTY in GOODS". He also did not explain the concept of "Property" at that crucial stage of understanding. His explaination of Inominate Terms was wrong describing it as deciding at the time of breach whether the term was implicit of explicit, rather than Condition or Warranty plus other errors that should be corrected. However ( although consisting of his scribbling)…. the "Spider Diagrams" and List of cases are useful and he helps the student to see the forest from the trees. Bottom line you get what you pay for i.e the course is worth the discounted price.

the sounds is horrible quality. The creator could have at least made it mono audio as his stereo microphone made it echo.

Just the basics of the subjects with minimum cases. You need to do lot more reading if you need a desent mark
