WHY PRACTICE QIGONG?

This course covers an introduction to the concepts of the Traditional Chinese exercise system called Qigong that millions of people practice in China and all around the world everyday. Similar to Tai Chi which is a martial art, Qigong is the medical exercises to maintain superior health in the body.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS COURSE?


Included in the course are instructional videos of each of the 10 exercises and an additional video explaining the medical applications and benefits for each exercise. There is also a pdf handouts for each exercises and their medical applications that you can download.

To learn this Qigong sequence it will take you half an hour each day focusing on one exercise at a time or you may find that you only need to do one exercise for 5 minutes and that's enough to clear your mind and calm your heart.

The course is structured with an instructional video for each exercise. There are safety and training guidelines included to help you get the most out of the course, that explains the best and most efficient ways to practice.

I have a daily Qi Gong practice, and I am taking this course to learn new techniques to supplement with. I am enjoying the course. I can tell that the instructor is well learned and very caring. This has helped augment my practice, especially with exercises I can perform in my office outside of my regular practice.

This course is truly a gem- very informative- each exercise is followed by an explaination of the medical applications and there are quite a few PDF's accompanying the course as well. The quality of the videos are clear, and easy to understand. It is a bit advanced but I find the instructor to be patient, sincere and knowledgeable. I gave five stars because the information is as promised in the course description and like all qigong you can not attain it just by watching- you have to practice, practice, practice.

Half of the exercises are from Peter's other course - 18 shi Qi Gong. The accupressure point exercises are good but lack of details of how to do them. Need improvement.

Course contains 10 Qigong points/exercises to quiet your mind. High quality videos are provided to demonstrate the movements and discuss the related health benefits. PDFs also provided to do both of the above. I like Peter's courses.

The quality is appalling. To think I paid for this course is a joke. Each video of Peter explaining a new exercise is so broken up, I cannot make any sense of it. A complete waste of time and money at this point.
