Fala o que se deve fazer, mas não mostra gravação de tela de onde clicar, onde ir para fazer o que diz que deve ser feito ficando superficial. Nos deixando por imaginar sobre o que e como realmente são feitas as etapas.

does not seem to go too deep into concepts. For example what is the difference between subscribers/all subscribers and contacts. When do I use each. I am seeing youtube videos saying subscribers are mainly used in emails studio and contacts mainly used in journeys. But this is a basic introduction so these nuances may not be relevant now.
