will be better if we can have some short video , ex : how you wash your hand properly , or a picture of how your refrigerator manage at home

The instructor has not even reviewed his own videos. Many of the lessons his demonstration of how to do things is not even on the camera. He also has very poor techniques for cutting various foods. It is a shame that Udemy doesn't have some sort of quality control to make sure they do not publish content from people who do not know what they are doing.

The course offered useful and practical advice in cutting and preparing food, when working in the Kitchen.

It seems the sound quality makes it hard to hear. I have the player volume all the way up and my laptop volume at 100% as well and it still a slight challenge to hear everything. Its also my first time using these headphones so it might be them but I dont think so. For the most part the class is pretty good. I would like more of a "vlog" style instead of the "power point" type presentation but the information itself given by the instructor is very helpful.

Lots of misspelled words whenever anything was written. Spelling doesn't affect the content of the course, though it contributes to clarity or lack thereof. "wary" doesn't have an e, for example, scarring has two r's. The knife treatment was fairly cursory. In some of the kitchen tips, the instructor did all the work off camera. I enjoyed when he talked about the chemistry of cooking and the consideration of combining flavors. Overall, the course was okay, but things like not spell checking or redoing the video when he's demonstrating a technique which you can't see because his hands are off camera make it feel like the instructor didn't really care.
