As a RYT-200, I really wanted to increase my knowledge of how to teach children breathwork. This course was great! I was able to not only learn the techniques, but also how to deliver them in a fun and engaging way for my small breathwork students. Even my 11 year old had fun as I used these methods on her. I highly recommend taking this course if you plan on teaching kiddos, or even if you're a parent who would like to introduce your children to breathwork for their overall well-being.

Yes I suffer from anxiety as does my young daughter and through my own research I've realised how important the breath is in controlling panic attacks and feelings of depression. Understanding how the body works and how the breath works in our body makes it clearer how to do this properly and more efficiently for us.
