Incredible. Please tell me know there aren't any people out there spending their money on this. I got it because it was free. I felt like it was a presentation from one of my classmates who would do their essay in just one evening. By the way, you have to learn the comparatives and superlatives. For instance, more bad is "worse" I hope it didn't sound too brutal, I am just speaking the truth.

Hey First of all thanks for providng this information and helping others to fight against depression,i watched most parts of it overal content was good but it could be deeper , my mean.. with more explainations and providing some practical ways For example recommending a book or article about negative thinking or some other tips about points you mentioned and by the way , some calm background music or even no music in course content may be better Thanks again for providing this course

Pretty much useless. It’s a repetition of very basic points. I was expecting techniques to work on yourself or improve on your self. It’s more of trying to talk people out of a bad place. Points mentioned are valid, even if basic. I Just don’t think it would help anyone battling depression. Just got the course cause it was free except for the time I spend watching.

thx, i learning to destroy mu depression. Now this worked) I want to say that I am a positive psychologist, and really before this course I did not know the root causes and the beginning of depression, often people have it after a shock. But really, what is interesting is that the author very clearly and clearly highlights the two root causes, and makes a wonderful emphasis on the fact that time aggravates and does not heal, and here's what's interesting, I haven't finished the course yet, but I'm already very pleased with it!

I know what depression is. No one depressed would listen to the over and over repeated "mantras"/reused wordings that the author is using. Not even a not Depressed person would ever listen to this. Its overly superficial. You can compare it to "person A" using a receipt, go buy ingredients and bake a cake and "person B" is telling you how good looking the cake was that "person A" baked.

good advices, you should have made some professional diagnosis of the problem though, I still loved the course and I think It should be applied in our everyday life without any doubt.
