Quick. To the point. Well organized. Can easily review the content. The course could be improved with a meal planning session and review (What does your day of meals look like? Review each against the macro count pre-plan. Nothing complicated; just for us to see what it looks like). Overall: A+.

The speaker kept waving his hands around, very distracting and would cause his camera to go in&out focus which began to bother my eyes and I didn't want to watch his content. Next the content could have been more helpful with better examples, instead it was just one blurb after another with very little real life examples, he could have went into label reading for food, which can be confusing for people, also more details on calculating net carbs, I would hope he will improve this course and think though a better presentation and lesson plan.

I've been thinking about keto for a while but didn't really know much about the subject. I'm glad I took this course. The instructor has a really relaxed style and gets the information across without overwhelming the student. The course is well-organised and well-presented.
