I wish I purchased this course before spending and wasting countless hours and effort trying to learn rope jumping by watching YouTube videos that don't provide a structured way of learning how to rope jump properly. This course is well structured and teaches how to start the correct way and progress beyond the basic jump. Strongly recommend.
