It needs to be more structured. Its a little bid chaotic. I find myself going through extra material in order to understand better some of the concepts. The lack of examples is evident. Most of the lecture explanations are assumptions, instead of actual examples. The reason for this is because the instructor didn't take her time to set up Jira to match the learing content so proper examples can be displayed. Often the lectures are vague with no solid examples or structure. I don't doubt the knowledge of the instructor, but the effort put in this course isn't worth paying the money for.

A Major Mistake spotted in last lecture of section 1... Only Site admin can add/remove users in groups... whereas the instructor is saying that using groups is better as any jira admin can change groups, hence it is better to use groups... In reality it is better to use Roles as Project admins can easily assign members to the roles. I am sorry but instructor is so confused.

An "Advanced" level course, which is actually lower level than the "Beginner" course another trainer on Udemy. The course feels muddled. Maybe 10% of it was useful, I feel like I wasted my time on the other 90%.

Der Kurs ist mMn sehr subjektiv aufgebaut. Besser wäre ein Kurs, welcher wertfrei/neutral zeigt was JIRA alles kann.

The instructor was pleasant and well spoken. Made their points clearly and I feel better equipped to do my job after this course. It wasn't until section 2 that I really noticed it. the Audio quality was not great. had to turn up my sound very high to hear the instructor and that made the background hiss of the audio very apparent. Would recommend users use head phones as they won't need the volume so loud and this will be much less noticeable.

It's a super useful training to understand most of all Jira Functionalities that an Administrator should be aware of. In my case I work with Jira on a daily basis and course has guided me to improve my team way of working with the tool. Highly recommended!!

Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Herangehensweise ist logisch und die Aussprache des Tutors ist auch als nicht Nativ Speaker sehr gut zu verstehen. Lediglich das Microphone hat eine schlechte Aufnahmequalität aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen.

They need to give more examples, and allow students to practice with them. Like asking questions, provide resources to test & practice the knowledge. Things like that are mandatory as Jira is huge and there are a lot of information.

The content is great and explanation is clear. However I try to follow the course with Jira on another screen. Often the instructor clicks buttons without announcing so it's easy to miss how to get to that point. This means I often had to go back in the video which is frustrating.

Informative. Sound quality could use some work, can still hear lectures fine, but can tell that this was definitely produced in a home environment. Still very good course for learning ins and outs of Jira
