This was a good way to provide a general overview of what ISO 9001:2015 asks of organizations. I would recommend it as a primer before more in-depth study of the standard.

The tutor is not always clear in the words pronounciation. This makes hard to follow the course, often rewinding to hear it again. Subtitles aren't correct because of the pronounciation, so not much help. The Tutor could use more slides to explain her point instead of focusing the camera on her only.

This course was very helpful in understanding the fundamental concept, approach and intention of the standard. The author is experienced and having in depth knowledge in QMS and its application. I found the presentation , the overall organisation of the Topics and the style of Presenter Very engaging and interesting . However the presentation skips one of the important clause , that is 8.3- Design and Development of Product and Service. I request to include it as well. Thanks Danielle !
