Overall inventory handling, KPI monitoring and some more clarity on how to track the inventory turnover ordering and holding. It could have been better if any points are added from operational point of view.

While it might be generic or high level it is all foundational material. Thus, if you know this material, you are well on your way to becoming an inventory management specialist. FYA - You can run this course at 1.5 speed and understand the speaker just fine.

It was a good lecture, more on the theoretical rather than practical, I do expect a template or more complex study cases from real supply chain issue to compliment with the theory, rather than a simple examples which won't reflect any of the exact reality, for examples : "Popular inventory metrics" it would be best if we could get the real examples of it visualized in a dashboard after explaining the theory. All in all it's a good, concise, easy to understand contents

Its a good course, but the example about Africa and getting eaten by lions was a bit unnecessary tbh...but let's let it slide. Otherwise, the course is informative.
