The instructor was good at this subject, he directed the light on some basic and important points about the subject. however, I believe the course would've been more effective if the instructor would've appeared in the videos

This is one very intersting course for somebody who wants to learn sales 101. I really enjoyed the course. It's well designed, well structured and delivered with confidence. But, the most important, this course makes me want to learn more about sales.
