They were talking about headlines and reading but the content wasn’t shown to me as the viewer. I’m guessing there was a PowerPoint that I could not see. Not sure if it was an issue with the phone viewer or not. Otherwise, great content.

It's called "practical skills" but it does not teach you any skills you can use. Seems like this course was only made for the money. The positive was only that I got a somewhat okay overview of the M&A process.

even the videos in each sections end abrupt without any wrap-up. No real in-depth insights. Details are missing

The course was ok. Not sure I'd call it a "course" though; Alto Claro (the producer) seems to have cut segments from their actual course offerings on the website and pasted them together to make this lower cost class. The result is a jumpy/edited flow with little practical insight. They make statements in their presentation such as "as we discussed earlier" when the topics were never touched on in this presentation (but likely were covered in their full offering on their website). I won't be purchasing future Alto Claro courses on udemy since it appears they just use udemy as a long commercial for their actual content which is offered on their website.

I think the execution of this course could have been better. The content could have been better structured within each individual lectures. Sometimes it was tough to understand the main point of the video. But overall, I learnt a lot about Mergers and Acquisitions through this course.
