This course gives many interesting information. The half missing course is because sometimes the dozent tells to much often the same thinks, e.g. how to create an error procedure. But in the end this course is very, very helpful.

Nice voice, but: annoying different audio volume levels between recordings, We do not create anything in this course, there are no tricks or tasks to think about, which makes it as boring as an ikea cabinet manual.

Yes I have got a lot out of this course so far. I am a visual learner rather than reading it in a book. I'm an advanced Access user but there are a lot of aspects of Access I haven't used which I am finding I need to know and use now. This course for me is like filling in the missing pieces.

Course covers things I never knew, presented in a complete, easy-to-understand, methodical way with a pleasant, unhurried voice. So far, Isa is the best instructor I've ever encountered on web-based learning programs. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced developers alike. Thank you IsaBel!

This course would be more helpful if it had a link to download a sample database, but I did love the manual at the end of the class!!!

The instructor presented the information in a clear and easy to understand way. I have been working with Access macros for quite a while, and there were still some useful things that I learned from this course.

I enjoyed this class and in fact purchased a few others by this instructor after it was over. Ms. Harrison makes the material easy to understand and follow along. There were a few macros that if different examples had been used it would have been more helpful, for this reason I didn't rate the class a 5. One of the examples I am referring to is the auto populate section where you enter "Seattle" and it auto populates "WA". In most situations you will not set up a macro for each state. I would have much preferred to be shown how to create a table of cities/states and have the macro pull in the state based on the city you select. To me this would have been a more practical use. With saying that I do want to emphasize that overall this class was very helpful and even though I personally am familiar with macros I still learned quite a bit.

Not actually creating anything yourself just inspecting the Northwind base and reading out loud manuals and lists of actions. Haven't automated anything as of yet. The stuff is extremely basic. The course is basically a listing of all events that are in access macros. Instead of watching all the videos you could just read 1 page from documentation. Also the videos are boring as first half in each video is repeating the same steps.

The course is well built for entry level students. Great for students who just started using Access and want to get more Access skills. For anybody, who would like to get more complicated tips with automating access reports, this would probably not be the most suitable course. "Intro" in the title of the course gives a hint to what you should expect from this course. The course is well structured and is easy-to-follow. The content is quite descriptive, although sometimes seems to be repetitive (e.g. shortly explaining each video how to access Macro builder from the property sheet when trying new event).

Very good course - focuses on how to build Macros from a beginners point of view - simple examples - however - an excellent launch point in deciding were to write the Macro and why - also an excellent review on error messaging. The ebook at the end was worth the price of admission alone!!

I have created macros using the macro builder in the older versions of Access but haven't needed to create macros again until recently. This was good for getting familiar with the new builder window. There are examples that I can use now in my day to day, and a couple of examples that gives me ideas for more advanced macros I can create for my databases.
