Concept was clear and the way in which all the lease aspects were explained was extremely good. Will be useful for all and specially from them who are the part of lease accounting. However, who are new to lease accounting need a lot of practice to understand concepts in a better way.

This course was excellent in my opinion - I work close to Lease Accounting but not from an accountant's standpoint and many of the concepts that were unknown to me are now a lot more clear. Very interesting. However in Section 5.38 Sale & Lease Back-Part 2 it looks like the author forgot to provide the slides and example explanation for the 2nd scenario for case if sale value is lower than fair value. It would be perfect if this missing education materials would be provided by author. One more remark: in Section 2 .8 Lease Term test 3 in the text of question 1 there is a missing question that should be answered, i.e. situation was described and additional information was provided but the question to be responded by students is missing there. It would be great to check it and complete it.

I am a junior accountant In Japan and recently assigned to the lease-related project. I have studied about IFRS in university, but I did not know that much about this lease accounting standard, so I took this course. I thought IFRS 16 is a complex and profound topic, but thanks to Abhishek's lectures, it figures out that is not that hard.
