This is clearly directed towards adults, which is I find unreasonable considering the fact that minors can also have issues with procrastination. I also find that this course so far is proving to be more of a health class than a procrastination class since the things the instructor tells you to do your doctor would recommend such as, drink more water and exercise. Not only this, but, the instructor himself, though personable and clearly well versed in he subject, he simply doesn't capture your attention and I frequently find myself realizing I haven't heard a single thing he's said. Though I am at the beginning of the course which means my opinion may differ in the future, I'm currently unimpressed and unsatisfied.

It was a really good course! I will be reviewing it monthly - Very handy tips that get you thinking and taking action. The use and access to actionable resources by Chris really allow you to get started. I did this course whilst reading Atomic Habits by James Clear and it was an excellent combination that has me procrastinating no more. Definitely recommend

The presenter has a lovely confident and relaxed manner and his voice is pleasant to listen to. It’s great to see it’s coming from his heart rather than reading and a piece of it is excellent. I also like the test after various sections because I need to know myself if I remember things correctly. So far the subject has covered so many other subjects I also needed help with so this word procrastination covers so many useful life tools which should help me get back on the straight and narrow. I’m already inspired Not to reach for a small drink in the morning to get rid of my anxiety. I’m definitely saying there’s a light at the end of the tunnel with us. Luckily I’ve also bought a fitness and yoga app for people who don’t have gyms and are stuck inside tight spaces. Excuse me I must rush back to the course I’m very excited to get going. Thank you Mr Presenter

Yes, a good match, I do set my alarm clock each morning, I do not hit the snooze button, because it is not enough time to fall back to sleep in 10 minutes. on occasion have cut off my alarm and just rested for about 2 minutes to gather some thoughts then get up.

The course is quite nice, but there is a lot of pouring water in it. I get the impression that the tutor is very artificial and forces emotions on himself. Plus, we've got some pretty useful content

Exceptionally well put together. My advice for any of you 'go-getters' wishing to take the course is to please, take your time with it over the 7 days. Don't cram it and don't jump ahead / back and forth. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

This course was definitely worth doing. I've seen and heard many of these concepts before but they were presented a little differently, so they are clearer. I enjoyed the presentation, I liked the instructor's style and delivery. It made the course much more pleasant. I kind of wish there were more tips and tricks. It explained what needs to be done, however I wish there was a little more how to do it. Largely, though, I think that's kind of the point. No one else can do this for you. You need to get off your butt and get things done and the first thing to get done is to figure out how to stop putting it off and and to figure out what works for you. For me I hope that this course can just be the first step in accomplishing what I need and want to accomplish.

This not just a procrastination course, it can also be a general personal development course. The things that are taught here makes us think procrastination and productivity in a different way. I can say that I'm already feel slight improvements in my productivity.
