This online course is for anyone who would like to learn Zotero (pronounced zoh-TAIR-oh), a free tool for managing and citing your bibliographic references. The lessons are designed for complete beginners and I'll walk you through every step with clear instructions, and short videos. The course is also suitable for anyone who has been using Zotero for a little while, but suspects they're not taking advantage of all the features, such as color-coding tags and creating saved searches.

An excellent series of short and to the point lectures on using Zotero! While I have used it a bit in the past, this course provided the level of detail to help fully realize most all the features Zotero has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone using this program.

To get a quick overview of Zotero, this is the course. I have had Zotero for some time, but hadn't really figured out the utility to me until I watched this course. My eventual goal is to figure out how to use it for legal purposes. (There's a version of Zotero called Juris-M for that, but it doesn't seem to actually work right for me. But that's not part of this course.) As an introduction, this was most excellent.

This course is aptly named. It introduces you to a bunch of Zotero's capabilities and use cases (including how to use Zotero with Scrivener!), and it does so without wasting time. Very well done.

This is comprehensive and lucid. I spent A LOT more money on books on Zotero, and I could have skipped them: wish I had bought this course first. One of the strong points is that you can actually SEE how things happen.

I have been using Zotero for a while now so thought I knew it all. In fact, that was very far from the case. Dr. Pope's excellent and beautifully presented lectures on the different aspects of Zotero have made a huge difference to my understanding of Zotero's usefulness. Her lectures are easy to follow and beautifully presented. I particularly liked having the script of her lectures to refer back to if I needed to when trying something out in Zotero for myself. I posted a question too which Dr Pope answered promptly and fully. I would certainly take any more courses from this lecturer.
