I enjoyed the Qi Gong and herbal medecine parts. I'm trying the movements and hope they will help me. Sometimes the teacher is difficult to understand but the English subtitles are just awful and sometimes hilarious. But the teacher is nice and relaxed. I wish I was more like him

Excellent course! Explained some of the principles of Chinese Medicine in a really accessible and clear way, the teacher was very knowledgeable and had a really soothing voice! Would highly recommend!

Easy to listen to, good visuals and the speaker delivers a very good lecture on undertanding about chinese medicine and their ancient practices, such as Qigong and acupuncture, that are still used today. They can help effectively to treat insomnia as well as improve your health so you live longer.

Excellent delivery of some valuable information. Although it seemed that most of the the middle portion of this course was on 'fast forward' making it difficult to understand and slightly annoying. However, I look forward to incorporating several of these elements into my life to enhance my sleep experience! If you could slow down the middle section it'd be worth 5 stars. I'd love to meet Peter in person, he's quite an engaging fellow!

Peter isn't just some random guy talking about whatever topic. I attended many of his Qi Gong classes in Bali and can assure that he knows what he's talking about. He's an outstanding teacher, with a very calm and convincing attidude. You can feel that he is totally into TCM and many of its aspects. In this course he goes into all sorts of methods to treat sleeping problems, I'm sure at least one of them is going to work for you! I'm looking forward to try out the Qi Gong methods tonight! 100% recommended!
