New perspectives that could help you move beyond any plateaus or limiting factors in your climbing

Why take this course?

Climbing your Best.. This may mean your hardest, but it is really about maximizing your enjoyment and the depth of your experience.

This course is filled with insights and advice on how to feel and perform your best-- finding more consistency and success while continuing to develop your abilities.

Tyler had the privilege of climbing a lot from a very early age, and was exposed to many of the top British climbers while they were developing new ways and perspectives on training. A lot of this course is passing on their great knowledge, as well as a lot of things he has been fortunate enough to pick up while climbing with brilliant people all over the world.

This is not just another video with beautiful visuals of hard climbs, nor is it just another video showing strong climbers performing hard exercises. This is an attempt at sharing what Tyler has learned over eighteen years of climbing that may help you discover how to climb your best.

Note from the course producer Scott Moraes: While climbing with Tyler I noticed there was something very different about the way he climbed— it wasn't just pure strength, better coordination, or sheer will power, It seemed like there was a whole other world behind his abilities and I very much wanted to learn from him.

As climbing and teaching are my chief passions in life, I began interviewing Tyler over the course of a few months and began to brainstorm a documentary that we both felt could be valuable for other climbers to improve their skills and success.

This project has brought me tremendous satisfaction and was an honor to work with and learn from Tyler. I can directly attest to seeing dramatic results by integrating his insights into my climbing approach. And while it may not work for everyone. I very much hope Tyler's insights, tips, and strategies help you experience more pleasure and fulfillment from your climbing. As a passionate and active climber, this has been invaluable for me.

Thanks Tyler! Really think this will get me closer to that feeling of the fast and the slow... aka, the flow.

Lots of excellent nuanced information for improving your climbing skills, from multiple angles of exploration. Climbing at your peak involves combining multiple skill-sets from your tool belt... You'll most likely learn a few subtle mental and physical tricks, which will be useful add-ons to this tool belt.

This video covers the many topics that are needed to excel at climbing. Instead of just touching on the physical technique, there is a lot of exploration of the mental side of climbing as well to really help you become a better climber.

I found this video to really informative. As a relatively inexperienced climber I was happy with the way Tyler went through things thoroughly and step by step in a way that was easy to understand. I also love his accent and temperament- cool video! I'd recommend climbers of all levels of experience to check it out

A wonderful resource for anyone interested in pushing their climbing to the next level--and willing to take a thoughtful approach in doing so.

Mostly very basic stuff. Too advanced for a beginner, and too basic for a seasoned climber. The best advice was the mental game lecture. Again, basic information, although stated effectively. Overall: Okay although not worth $20.00, imo
