I had done some research before, and I am looking for a house now (so I don't need to be persuaded it's a good idea) I'm looking forward to the nitty-gritty details of the house purchase, loan terms, escrow periods, etc.

I learned a TON in this class. Lectures were very detailed, and the slides helped me keep track of the main points. There was some repetition of information which made the course longer, but I needed it as much of the information was new to me. The pdf's at the end of the course are great, and we will appreciate having these as we go through the process. Thank you!!!

First-time home buyers need guidance when buying a home. From preparation through the escrow process, this user-friendly course makes understanding the how-to of home buying informative, interesting and enjoyable. A short introductory tour offers clear explanations for how to navigate the sequence of lessons, and the logical order of concepts ensures maximum learning. The friendly voice of the narrator encourages participation, too. The course is divided into five sections. Each of the first four sections includes a set of lectures, and each section ends with a quiz used to review information learned in the section. The fifth section includes bonus materials with forms, a glossary and more, and the seamless integration of the technology allows for students to participate in class discussions and take notes in the same browser window as the webcast without interrupting the pace of the lessons. Most important, this course offers information and insights in real-time from real estate professionals who want to help.

What a great course! A short time ago my husband and I decided to start a family, and to own an ideal house. Obviously, it is a complicated matter and neither of us knows anything about the law part of housing and that is why I found this course so useful. Especially the parts about loan management and purchase contract are amazing; Regina takes you through it in an informative way and even offers tips on how to negotiate the house of your dreams! All the lectures are professional and I appreciate having received advice from a neutral side who is really experienced in this field. I am now ready to dive into looking for a perfect home, and following Regina´s suggestions, I want to do as much of it myself as I can and I feel greatly motivated!

This course was very comprehensive and filled with a lot of information! However, it was broken down into chunks and I could learn each step one by one. The slides were super cute! Review quizzes helped keep me on track & I love the bonus materials. TIP: On the playback bar at the bottom, click "HD" to see it clearer in full screen mode.
