Information was good but pretty much all the videos were not playing as long as the time listed. For example, if video said to be 6 min long it only played for 3 some minutes and its not just one its almost all of them. I felt like I could have gotten all this information for free on Youtube.

nothing special the coarse is not even for 45 minutes video end early but minutes still going through like 6 minutes lecture 3.20 minute video rest is blank just running numbers to make video long

no it was not the section 8 and 9 and 10 you could not hear what the instructor was saying. I was really disappointed. I was listening and the sound stopped. Plus on using the load board it would have been helpful to actually hear a converstation between dispatcher and broker

It isn’t in depth and didn’t even talk what a dispatcher should know rules and regulations and the steps to establish the business legally, I really feel like I waste my time and money. Anyhow it was just an introduction not training at all to me .

It was a good overview if you had absolutely no knowledge, but when you were expecting a certain amount of minutes in your training, many times you were cut short, i.e. if you were expecting 4 minutes you only received 1.5 minutes.
