Good intro information. But the instructor mentions an externship in passing and then says nothing else about it again. I take it that is not a requirement for certification, but is it a requirement for employment? If you complete the course online and take the exam, can you arrange an externship for yourself with a pharmacy provider? Can you purchase your own liability insurance while doing that? If an externship figures in this at all, it should be discussed straightforwardly. If that is a requirement only after Jan 1 2020, that would be helpful to know, too. Otherwise - the course does what it sets out to do.

audio quality not good for students answering instructor's questions. Also, the volume changed dramatically in the latter lessons. The volume on my computer was up to 100% as well as the volume checked in the lesson and I could barely hear what the instructor was saying.

nothing useful and there is no option to speed up the video moreover the streaming is not that good as well.
