I think it needs more demonstration. It is difficult to stay fully engaged when one talks for 12 min straight in one of the sessions

The course is OK, but first, I bought another course which is exactlly the samem, named "how to improve at any sport", so I don't understand why there are two courses that are the same. Exept this, good course.
