The last half of the course was irrelevant to the topic and seemed to be inserted from another course. Only 25% of the total course time was actually spent covering content relevant to the title which did provide some useful information but overall time spent was off topic.

Didn't get much tips about how to improve upon my appraisal process. The section on religion needs reviewing with SME, don't need to mention deep religious facts not know to majority believer (like muslim need to pray 25 times a day) that is when you are trying to achieve saint hood or something, for most muslims (1.5 billion) they are suppose to pray 5 times a day. Review 13% charity fact as well, just touch common positive acceptable point of each religion which one a expected to know at work place, don't dig out deep (often provocative/controversial) facts about religion.

The course was good, however i expected a lot more insights on how to deal with uncertain situations. Also, the socio- economic sections and other differences were explained clearly, but could have been shortened and how to avoid these differences and being conscious while doing a performance review could have been explained more.
