For me this was an excellent "REFRESHER COURSE" for Home Health Aide, Nurse Aide, Care Giver. For 10 years, in the 1990s, I was employed as a Certified Nurse Assistant and worked in an acute hospital for 10 years. The content of this course was pretty clear, precise and wonderfully informative regarding the needed skill set and knowledge required to assist clients/patients and provide quality care.

The course was a full download to healthcare Aide’s course! Honestly I can say that this is a full 3-year University course compacted in one! In fact I’m fully loaded with so much knowledge on what health care aides is all about, and all it’s requirements! Despite my very busy schedule, I was I took my time to get the full lecture studying it line by line gradually with detailed notes taken for future use and references! This informed the time I wasted in soaking enough knowledge on the course! I did it for 3 months, to be able to get in everything! I can say it’s worth it! Even the time put on the course was never in vain! I’m not sure I can get this amount of knowledge in amy higher institution! The course had nice visual aids and supplemental information but the quizzes and exam were pretty awful in my opinion. they were designed in such a way that it was too easy to know the right answer. There was no level of critical thinking associated with the assessments. I wish this course was a bit beefier in terms of testing my knowledge.
