Really enjoyed it, very helpful information and advice, and well presented. Unfortunately some of the external links no longer work but overall I found this course very valuable for my long term health considerations.

Although the instructor did put his effort in, the course is not really informative if you are already know something about it. Also the video's are not too the point and the music that is playing in the background is really annoying

These lessons are very efficient and packed with information that the layperson may not know much about but would benefit immensely. I think in order to make positive changes, it is really helpful to understand why and how these changes effect you. To understand what a certain food does to the body or how a lifestyle habit may impact you. Very smart and much needed.
