This course is exactly what I was looking for!
It is is very informative and easy to follow. Even if you have no experience cooking you will have no issues following the instructions.
The instructors will walk you through every detail in a timely manner. I really appreciate the way they have structured the course as everything is straight to the point without any unnecessary fluff.
What I would love to see is another course with additional types of sushi. Perhaps some of your signature sushis? That would be fun to learn.
