The resource files are not accessible. They are either corrupted or some weird file type that no-one uses. Whatever the reason there are no useable resource files

This course provided some insight as well as possible course of actions to build / drop habits. I was the person that if I failed just one day I would be disappointed in myself, feeling I could not achieve the goals I wanted. Luke provided sound advice and plans which helped my place on a path that will make these goal possible and help focus my mind on what will it take to reach the goal instead of being negative when I failed for just one day. I would recommend this course for someone that just needs some advice or to be able to formulate a plan for any change they would like to make in their life.

Luke is really knowledgable in the topic and a lot of things he says resonates with me, since I had my fair shares of failed habit changes. I understood clearly the situations he talks about and his explanations will surely help to avoid a lot of future failures.

No structured program, no organised set of advices. Just a bunch of truisms and well-known ideas. Talking-head form even in subjects, in which another form would be better.

I've just started listening to the modules and find that this young man has a refreshing way of introducing the course. I feel he has some valid points and appears to be on my level of thinking. The content of the lectures, so far introduce some interesting concepts and I look forward to listening to the rest of the course.

I've read many books and blogs on forming new habits and introducing positive, healthy changes, but Healthroom's course has by far been the best starting point for me. As someone keen to incorporate more physical activity and movement into her life, this course has been great in inspiring me to start making the changes, without overwhelming me with too much information. The lectures are broken down into well sized, high quality videos, meaning they are engaging and the information is easy to absorb. The instructions and ideas discussed are all clearly presented with an open- minded approach- you don't feel like you're being told off or patronised, instead you are being offered well thought out ideas and well researched facts- suggestions to motivate your thinking and guide you into action. If you are looking for a comprehensive yet practically do-able way to make healthy changes to your lifestyle, then I couldn't recommend this course any more! A definite five star!!

This course has really opened my eyes to my own habits that I have so long wanted to change but never stuck to it. I feel I now have the resources and knowledge to successfully implement habit changes now! Luke presents the course in a friendly way that's easy to digest without all the technical jargon, making it simple and effective! The course resources that go along with the lectures are also a great added bonus and allow you to think more clearly independently about your habits. I would highly recommend this course if you are looking to change your life, whether it's getting into a healthy routine or simply to stop biting your nails, this course is perfect!
