È un ottimo corso che spiegale Asanas da un punto di vista diverso da quello occidentale, l'insegnante trasmette fiducia e positività, l'audio e il video sono buoni. Particolarmente vantaggiosa la possibilità di spedire il video sul televisore mentre si prendono note o si leggebla trascrizione del testo. Attenzione però se non avete una conoscenza approfondita dell'inglese il suo modo di parlarlo potrebbe essere molto ostico perché l'insegnate utilizza una variante dell'inglese parlata in India, è sempre inglese ma i suoni sono molto cambiati però ne vale la pena seguire il suo corso perché apprenderete concetti sulle pose che arricchiranno molto la vostra pratica. Perciò consigliato se si ha una buona conoscenza dell'inglese e voglia di imparare come se si andasse in un retreat in India.

Deep is a great yoga teacher who gives clear instruction with plenty of modifications. Deep also shows a lot of care and attention to detail, so the student doesn't get hurt. The teachings have been shot in a rural location rather than a yoga studio, which gives it a rather authentic feel. I really love it! I have only just started but looking forward to proceeding with the course. Thank you Deep!

I enjoyed this Yoga teacher's course tremendously! Why? As a yoga teacher myself I was deeply appreciative of the content and the manner of presentation. Firstly the beautiful pastoral background sets the perfect relaxing and inviting tone. The Yogi here is warm, compassionate, and it's as if a good friend is guiding your yoga practice. Just as important as proper alignment, is allowing yourself to be here and now! In the present. This teacher gently reminds us of this. He has beautiful insightful about being present and the breath. Perhaps my favorite part is when a cow moos in the field behind him and his immediate comment about it had me laughing for a good 5 minutes! Hahaha! Free laughter yoga thrown in by a cow welcoming us to this teachers practice! Obviously I can't spoil it and tell you what he said you have to check it out for yourself! It was perfect timing and a perfect witty response. The take away here is that the presentation itself personifies Yoga and many of its ideals. It is rellaxing, nurturing, and invites. Us to deepen our awareness of our own presence in the NOW. The teacher gives subtle hints about the magic that happens AFTER the pose. My only wish is that the audio had been louder. It's always safer to be too loud, than to be too low. Quality was fine but volume was a bit low. I look forward to more courses by this awesome Yoga teacher! If I repeat myself it's because I'm impressed. (Any spellos here blame it on my silly smartphone keypad. ;) )

Explanation about the pose, how to go into the pose and how to get out of the pose is very detailed. Modern yoga is all about showing or demonstrating complicated poses which could lead to injuries if basic poses are not done correctly. This course shows how to do the basic poses correctly which is what is lacking nowadays.

Healing Yoga is highly recommended for people that struggle with back pain or unbalance body posture. The instructor did an awesome job in explaining about body posture and how to align your body and you will be more aware of your conscious and your breathing. It interesting to hear the explanation about breathing, body balancing, and mindfulness. I love to see the instructor showed the correct posture. The prominent ways of a healthy lifestyle are by taking care of our body by healthy diet and practices (exercises) daily. Should watch and practice this.

A really great yoga course I can highly recommend to everyone. The instructor has a smooth way to explain the "excercises" so there in no problem to follow him. For me its certainly the most chilled out yoga I ve ever done and I always feel positive and happy afterwards. As well as feeling I ve had a good strech-workout.

Simple yet details explanation on the asana. The explanation is more concern on alignment rather than a standard fix posture that every one thought of to follow. A great yoga course.
