I found this to be a great scene-setting overview of what Business Analysis is, and what the role of a Business Analyst involves. Steve provides a clear framework in order to accommodate future learning on the subject, all in a light-hearted and friendly fashion. Recommended, especially if you're wondering whether BA work is for you!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Very short and to the point! I definitely recommend it for anyone seeking an introduction to Business Analysis from someone both knowledgeable on the subject and experienced in the field of training others. I especially appreciated the inclusion of notes and the quizzes were helpful in identifying areas to look back at for better understanding. The case study was also a great exercise for applying the lesson on Stakeholder Analysis to a real world situation. Thanks again, Steve!
