I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to bring up a suggestion to enhance the quality of the course. It would be great if we could add some shortcut keys and techniques to how to use windows 10 productively. Also, add some downable resources. This would not only save us time, but also make our work much easier and enjoyable. Additionally, it would be beneficial to update the training modules. This way, we can stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and ensure we are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in our roles. I believe that by implementing these changes, we will be able to work more effectively and efficiently. Let's embrace this opportunity for growth and improvement.

Was interesting to learn about options and ways to personalize windows 10 use. Kind of resigned to the corporate locked down configuration options but definitely makes one aware of what is possible in Windows 10 on personal devices.

Informative, but it does go a bit fast, so for note taking or testing out on your own screen, it's best to pause and take good notes.

Most of videos isn't supported. When starting to play video the notification rises, that something is not supported. First course ever on Udemy which says that.

Very little content. I was looking for much more. This hardly breaks the surface of the topic. So much more basic info left out. Presentation is fine and I like the instructor. But this could be covered in a 5 minute youtube video. I expected much more.

At age 72 I am happy just peddling along. I do appreciate the info. My issue I have at home is trying to scan a document to my PC; I eventually get it done but frustrated by the process. Windows 7 was much more user friendly. I'm not big on touch screen technology - often doesn't work or go where I don't want to..

I liked the clarity of the instructions with the demonstrations of the tasks and functions. However, since we have not upgraded to Windows 10 yet, the instructions were only partially helpful as I tried to do some things myself.
