The overall principles are good. I've used this to reshape my lifting program and diet. I'm going to try the 3 times per week workout. My frustrations are in the details. Here are 2 of the main ones - This course spends forever on diet and a fraction of that time on how to do the exercises. In the exercise videos, his form varies from good to bad with no real explanation of how to do it. His back squat form is particularly egregious for a trainer. As weight goes up, form is everything, so this needed way more time. Also the calorie counting specifics feel very off. According to basic googling, your resting metabolic rate isn't your weight x 10. And if you were to base your diet eating 20% over that it's far too few calories. For me it'd be 145lbs > to eating 1740 calories (which is very low for an adult man let alone someone physically active). I'm happy I watched the course but annoyed by its obvious shortcomings.

1-This course needs some animations 2- I think if you apply these amazing information on yourself, your body will be better than of yours now 3- I think that some videos about how to do some training like "Bent-over Dumbbell Shoulder Fly" isn't 100% correct

It's all very very basic stuff that I've seen before. What really threw me off is that at the beginning of the written introduction he says you do NOT need a gym membership...then goes on to say that you DO indeed need one. How is THAT helpful?

Generally is good course, taking in consideration that's a free one. I would recommend though, that the instructor be more specific and come back to the fundamentals, or the assumptions behind, the most relevant recommendations that he included in the course.

There are tons of great tips in this course from someone that knows what he's talking about. (I've seen pictures from his students -- no denying the results.) I would definitely recommend this course if you're looking to gain muscle.

I am shocked that the author of this course has the audacity to make a course on building muscle when he doesn't look like he has put on any muscle in his body at any point. It was hilarious watching him perform some of the lifts with terrible form. How is the goblet squat the only primary leg workout in the routine? LOL there are far better courses on building muscle, this guy is clearly just some marketer who hasn't lifted any weights for a full year.

This course went through everything. Diet, Exercise, the mindset required to build muscle. Jack includes tons of resources and continues to add more content. I'm really glad I signed up for this.

Jack is a prime example of the average trainer who does NOT truly know what he is doing and should NOT be training others. While some of the information given is valid (hence the half a star), the bulk of it is considerably misaligned. It only takes watching a few lectures or any of the exercise videos to see that Jack should not be teaching people how to lift [note how his exercise section is very press dominant - furthering the imbalance the average person already has from sitting at a desk all day - and the squats were horrendous!]. Whether Jack has not attained any respectable training credentials or if he is simply putting his courses out as a marketing ploy, I found this very bothersome. To those reading this, please only consider trainers that are NASM CPT/CSCS certified or at least have earned credentials in competition in the future.

As someone who has struggled to gain weight and build mass for years, this course has really inspired me to try again. Hopefully the tips (eat more!) and exercises from this course will help me bulk up.
