This is the third course I have taken by Dr. Karen E. Wells and she never disappoints. This course, like her others, is very thorough and engaging. She makes sure that you have a good understanding of the concepts and provides instruction in a very gentle, mentor-like way. I love that I have to complete assessments and case studies prior to getting my certificate. I think all certificate courses should require you to demonstrate that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to be certified.
