This course, Formal Aspects of Public Administration, explains Public Administration which is a core Instrument of any Government Machinery, implementing policies and programs in the interest of the society as a whole.

It imbibes the right spirits from Confucius, the great Chinese philosopher, who when asked about Government, briefly answered that it was all about straightening.

In fact, today also Government means straightening, straightening the bad elements of society and protecting the good people from the vice and evil.

Administration of a state in USA is a complex and profound task. Having to prepare one in guiding the basic lessons in Public Administration also is a daunting task. However, the most important task of all, is to give out the basic lessons in Administration, so that the Public Administrator who may lead us from the front tomorrow, has a staunch set of Fundamentals and Ideals in Public Administration and would lead us in such a way that they truly remain the most admired leaders of the Society.
