Wow a very good basic course. I use to monitor & check smoke head devices at work & had a very crude idea how the fire alarm system worked in our building. We had contractors on site who looked after the system generally who we had pretty good relationship with, but they would only tell you bits & pieces. So doing this course has given me bags of information especially if I wanted to pursue a much deeper course on fire alarms. At work the management use to say if you ask them for information, need to know basis. Cheers
