Could have been better along with live examples for each service explained. It is difficult to correlate on who is using and what we see in today’s date. Learning with practical experience add on job training kind of skill which helps in learning while seeing which was missing and slides were also not very detailed. Settlement and such topics would have had an impact if explained in detail on what data comes from PG and what from debit card and how recon+ settlement happens

Better for me, as now my bank in the progress to do implementing the CMS and prepare SOP for card business. Other useful for me is I will ask my IT team to arrange the session to share on the API and payment gateway method to business side in order for them to understand some technical and can implement the agile projects.

The provided information is not well structured, there are missing aspects and if the person watching doesn't know anything about the business it will be confusing. A lot of terms are mentioned but it is often unclear how they are connected with each other. Lots of additional reading is needed to get an idea of the great picture, Might be an okay course for Sales people, but Product Owners will need to know the process from start to end, which I don't think this is.
