This is an excellent course to learn ratios and simultaneously see how they're calculated in Excel! If you're already familiar with Excel's basic functions, this course will not specifically benefit you in terms of Excel. Nonetheless, it explains financial ratios very well and makes it easy to understand. That is what I enjoy about Stefan's courses - his explanations are simple and really stick in your mind.

This my first time taking a strictly financial ratios course. I have studied financial ratios and struggled with the basic concepts.
This course was great. All the fundementaal ratios were taught in a clear and understandable way.
This cousre additionally was very concise and that is good. I found it surprising when the insitructor some did not make it to the end.
This course was made understandable to anyone who knows what business is. if you don't know business financial ratios this is a goodplace to start learning it. 5stars.

Sections 4 to 9 are the only ones that actually make some sense, however this could fit in one 10 minute video. Otherwise the course can be viewed as excel basics course which I am sure nobody purchased the course for.

Love that we are physically being shown, but have to read the instructions instead of listening. This ensures that students pay attention if they are to understand.

The Instructor is very knowledgeable and explains the ratios covered in the course well. That being said, the explanations for the ratios covered are at a high level and short. One should be able to understand an Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement (i.e. what each of these hold and represents) in order to understand how, where and why the ratios are applied. All-in-all, the course is worth the discounted price and has been a motivator for me to dig deeper.
