As a trucker there wasn't anything in this course I didn't already know. There is a lot of information here if you have no prior history with the logistics industry.

I came into this course not knowing anything. The title captured my attention but I don’t feel prepared. Maybe call it A to F because you still need further information after this course

I expected a lot more since this class is titled Expert Dispatch: A to Z Training The intro and exit video is loud and unnecessary after the first class. There are no resources. I'd like to learn about RMIS and signing things digitally in case you are away from the office when a load confirmation comes through, or you need to fill out a carrier contract/packet. The trucking terms can be looked up very easily. I just expected more. I recommend if you want a truly detailed w/resource class to take the Independent Truck CEO: Profitable Dispatching & Office Management course. Indigo is very detailed with resources to start you out right. I thought this course might help in getting set up for a dispatching business since it was A to Z, but it's not. If you have never been a dispatcher in the trucking industry, this course might help you a little bit. If you have been a dispatcher, this course is not what you are looking for. I don't like rating low, but time is money. This course just don't give you the bang for your buck.

He gave an overview of the freight dispatch business with plenty of definitions and real world examples for each concept. He went over how to negotiate rates with freight brokers and the different types of freight that the trucks will be carrying.

Great info, explained well, although it just feels as though certain things were kinda held back. However, the Instructor is very knowledgeable about these subjects and topics. The same intro on every part was a bit annoying, it's alright on some, but not all the parts, however, I would recommend this course. Overall amazing job, blessings.
