Was hoping to get a walk through of a commercial lease from someone with experience. A 117 page commercial lease is included but not discussed. Mostly a string of videos regarding who gets paid what.

I enjoyed the lecture it really opened my eyes on a lot of things that I did not know when it comes to property at large. My only issue with this experience, I struggled with viewing the presentation and required me to keep pausing in order to hear the lecturer properly. I do thing that issue had to do with the loading of the file. I actually sent a message before I started my lesson and never received any feedback from you. Hope you can look into my issue. I like this course. It was informative and useful. I would like to have seen more information on the negotiation phase and keeping your perspective tenant. Sometimes a tenant can get "itchy" feet. Thank you for putting this course together.
