I had a lot of insight through this course. Also, I must say that I enjoyed it. However, the part of ETC should be rechecked or re-elaborated in a more comprehensive way. it's a very good presentation, my only concern is you don't explain the meaning of indexes in practical and easy language
I expect to met different definitions than academic and pmbok definitions
that maybe not professional but I just explain my wishes
