As a CA & Office Manager, I am always looking for ways to help our office grow and maintain growth. This program gave me new insights to how to market differently (and better) and what I can do to help my Doctors out within the office. Being in Canada, not everything that was mentioned is applicable to our practice and the way we are allowed to bring in patients, but being the field long enough I know how to take the ideas and make it work for our practice and within the guidelines of our regulatory boards. Thanks for creating a program that was easy to follow and provided lots of ideas. Now to go put them in place! :)

This is an exelent start to geting things going in the right direction the advice shared is worthwhile and helpfull, I highly recomend this to any Chiropractor who would like to work more and earn more income without burning out and faling into the stay up late watching CNN get to the office late run yourself into the ground habbits which can destroy your buisness and family. Beyond things to change on a personal level this corse presents ideas in an interesting and easy to understand way which will make changing your old habbits and old ways of thinking easy and eventuially change your outcome. 60 days is not an imposibility and it may well be possible that it will take far less time than you think.

Dr Haitz does a great job outlining ways to increase your new patients and how to handle the increased patient flow. I've been in practice for 20 years and I'm looking forward to implementing things I haven't done before and also reminded me of things I haven't done in awhile. This is also a must have program for a new graduate looking to build up their new practice very fast, the right way. I wish I had this info when I first got out of school.
