yes it was good!! but I did not got to known how to do grading for patterns to make for different sizes and also how to print them in A4 print please add this in the course it would be great.

very good course, it's easier to understand if you already have previous experience using illustrator and in pattern making. only thing is i'd recommend double checking the measurements in the documents provided as in a few videos the measurements are not right.

This was a great course and just spot on for what I was looking for as an intermediate seamstress (with knowledge of standard pattern adjustments and ability to create basic blocks on paper with formulae). This will make things much faster and more sustainable for me as I can experiment digitally and only print when I am happy with my pattern. If you have some prior knowledge of flat pattern making/adjustments and are tech savvy/can easily pick up a new software like illustrator this will be a breeze and you will get the hang of the principle after creating the first bodice block. I found I will not need to use the resources and instead focused on creating custom blocks based on my measurements. However, I feel anyone who wants to learn this method will benefit as it is easy to go back and revisit sections and draw alongside the teacher, so a good course for anyone looking to learn the basics of pattern making in illustrator. If you are looking for a course on flat pattern making and the principles of that, this is prob not the right course. This focuses specifically on creating/adjusting patterns in illustrator. Recommend it for anyone looking for this.

The course author is able to narrow down quite effectively the use of the Adobe illustrator just for the use of pattern drafting. We all know how wide the use of the Adobe illustrator is. With the background knowledge of how to draft a pattern manually and a little background knowledge of how to use the Adobe illustrator, after taking this course, you should be able to to draft your own patterns digitally.

This is a very cool and applicable class! I've managed to create a basic bodice block using the techniques taught in this class. The instructor is knowledgeable about the subject and speaks clearly.

I enjoyed the concept of this course and will use the tools taught to create my own digital patterns. However, the pace was a bit slow and it felt as though some info was left out that could have been useful, i.e. why certain lines were placed where they were. The instructor spoke clearly and was pleasant to listen to.
