Deepening your Reiki self-practice

This course is a real gift. I study Reiki in my country but was researching for more resources as I felt like something was really missing from the course materials. Elaine perfectly explained that part what was missing for me in the courses focusing too much on healing others but not on our own spiritual growth. This was a lovely class. I enjoyed the meditation at the end. I have a tendency to doze off during meditation, so I may have to listen again when I’m more alert to get the full enjoyment. Honestly really loved and resonated with the instructors energy. Everything she explained was easy enough for me to grasp as I am new to reiki and am completing my level 2 this week and onto my masters next. I had a wonderful experience with Elaine Hamilton Grundy's online Reiki course. Her pleasant & encouraging demeanor literally made you feel positive and caring energy emanate through the video screen. As if she was speaking to me alone. I'm having a magical time with my own current Reiki (and life) awakening, training with a Master and my first Attunement is around the corner. Elaine gave me a fantastic, supplemental overview and reaffirmation as to why I love Reiki. We're all connected, allowing energy to flow, being truly in the moment and Elaine imbues us to "Mind the gap" ? I have just bought her first Reiki book, very much enjoy her teaching style and will absolutely make an effort to work with her again through her website.
