the course is very theoretical and does not have any exercises to make the information remember better. the dwh development models are described in a very broad manner, no detailed examples; no materials to download; I would appreciate if at least the slides were downloadable.

Since software concepts such as the Agile method are mentioned in the course description, I was expecting something aimed more at a technical beginner with real-world examples of what the established best practices are in the realm of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Instead, this course is a VERY basic theoretical overview with little guidance for understanding real-world projects.
The instructor is very responsive and I have no doubt that he is experienced in this field. Ultimately though, this class is not what I was looking for. If you are starting from ground zero with no technical skills, this will break down every step of developing a typical BI project. If you're trying to be part of implementing those steps, I recommend you look elsewhere.
