Well formatted and incredibly descriptive. First few lessons are a bit difficult to engage with, but the rest of the course is super helpful and goes into great detail about each aspect of customer service.

This course could have been so much better if there were downloadable resources including handouts or checklists. The presentation was not downloadable in pdf format either. There was no wrap up at the end of the presentation. It just ended after the 50th Key.

Seems like slides are missing, lots of information didn't have a slide to go with it, typos on slides. Subtitles are not accurate. Lots of good information, but it was hard to follow along and have the information stick without being able to read along as I went.
