As someone who's not entirely a beginner and have some experience with Godot, it was easy to follow and learned a few new things. But, I wouldn't say this is good for a complete beginner, especially for someone who's never programmed before. Some things are poorly explained and wasn't given enough attention. The pacing was very hurried as if there's a time limit. Also a section was missing where the timer node was added. I had no problem solving that part, but some newer Godot users might not. Moreover, in the course description, there is mention on sounds and visual effects. But there weren't any in the course. I've enjoyed and learned a lot from your Youtube videos. They were much slower pace, and you took your time to explain why and what you were doing. I prefer your method on Youtube.
